Gold Coast Stabilized D. G. Per Yard Super-Earthsack, 1/2" Minus Material
Gold Coast Decomposed Granite
Gold Coast D. G, a gold granite rock material from San Luis Obispo County.
We have called this SLO Gold in the past but that is a very local name that does work for many buyers outside of San Luis Obispo.
Great Gold DG for the Central Coast, Paso Robles region and into the Central Valley of California for residential and commercial landscape projects.
A larger sized D. G. then most at a 1/2" minus but fantastic for pathways and driveways filled with sparkling gold colored quartz that radiate in the sunshine to show off color qualities of this rich natural granite material makes an excellent pathway, driveway parking area ground cover material landscapes.
Whether for driveways, pathways, patios, utility landscape areas or to surround shrubs and trees, crushed stone fines, decomposed granite and gravel are very versatile materials that is more effective ground cover and longer lasting than nearly all wood mulches and makes an outdoor space more appealing. A proper DG surface does not move underfoot like sand or gravel, but its porosity allows water to penetrate to the soil below. That aspect makes DG or crushed stone fines a good paving material around trees and shrubs.
