Payment Methods & Terms
California Building Material Supply does not accept credit cards.
Some orders or services may be paid for with a major credit card through companies for whom we re-sell materials or services for and some of our truckers accept credit card payments.
On residential, commercial, and private works projects orders can be paid for after the ordered material has been delivered. There are a number of payment options a customer can choose from.
Failure to send out payment within 10 days of delivery will result in a preliminary lien notice be sent and filed on the property to where the materials where sent. The base fee for that is $65.00 with potentially higher charges for the mailing and administrative costs.

Established large commercial buyers may obtain materials by sending us a Purchase Order. Purchase Orders from government agencies and approved commercial buyers

Commercial Credit Accounts
Credit Approval
We are often able to facilitate small to very large lines of credit for materials and hauling for multi-family, commercial and municipal projects. Each request is reviewed based upon the applicant and the job details and not having any or great credit history may not prevent you from getting the materials you need to complete the work.
Our standard payment terms for materials and transport are prepayment or COD.
Joint checks and Net 15 and 30-day terms are available for commercial or government construction projects on approved credit.

Late Payments & Refused Payments
Please take notice that our policy on monies owed is 21% annual rate plus a $35.00 a monthly account management fee.
California Building Material Supply offers products and services based upon the terms for each quote we make. Those terms vary from COD to Net 30 days. Timely payment based upon those terms allows us to be able to provide the discounted prices we offer for that quote. In the event that the "Buyer" fails to honor the terms of purchase of the sale agreement with the "Seller, then the "Buyer" shall forfeit any discounts applied to their invoice and shall be billed at the published price of those products and services on the web site.
