2. Products and Natural Material Variations

Earth Stone Rock sells landscape materials, natural stone, decomposed granite, gravel, boulders, flagstone, pavers, river rock, sand, mulch, soils, bocce court materials, and related landscape products.

Many of our products are natural materials. Natural stone, gravel, decomposed granite, boulders, bark, mulch, soil, and similar materials may vary in color, texture, size, shape, moisture level, and appearance.

Product photos are provided to help customers understand the general appearance of a product. Photos may not show the exact material, batch, or stock available at the time of purchase. Screen settings, lighting, weather, quarry source, and natural variation can affect how a product appears.

By purchasing natural materials, you understand that reasonable variation is normal and is not considered a product defect.

3. Product Information, Pricing, and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, prices, images, availability, and delivery information accurate and up to date.

Product availability may depend on yard location, supplier inventory, quarry availability, product type, quantity ordered, delivery location, and freight availability.

For eligible online orders, the product price and available checkout options will be shown before payment is completed. Some bulk, oversized, special-order, freight, or quote-only products may require confirmation from Earth Stone Rock before the order is finalized.

If a product, price, delivery option, or availability status is listed incorrectly because of a technical error, data error, supplier update, or website issue, Earth Stone Rock may contact you to confirm the correct information before accepting or fulfilling the order. If an order cannot be fulfilled under the listed conditions, we may cancel the order and issue a refund for any amount already paid.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

An order is not considered fully accepted until payment is authorized, the product is confirmed as available, and any required shipping, delivery, pickup, or freight details are confirmed.

For some bulk materials, freight shipments, oversized products, special orders, and quote-based orders, Earth Stone Rock may need to contact you before the order is finalized.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order if:

• the product is unavailable;

• the product information, price, or shipping information contains an error;

• the delivery address is outside the available service area;

• freight or delivery cannot be arranged;

• the order appears fraudulent or unauthorized;

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

5. Quotes and Custom Orders

Some products and delivery situations require a custom quote. This may include large bulk orders, freight shipments, special-order products, oversized materials, remote delivery locations, commercial orders, or products that require supplier confirmation.

A quote is not a final order until it is accepted by the customer and confirmed by Earth Stone Rock.

Quoted prices, delivery costs, and availability may be time-sensitive and may change if the quote is not accepted within the stated quote period.

Custom orders, special orders, freight orders, and products ordered specifically for a customer may have different cancellation, return, or refund conditions. These conditions will be explained before the order is finalized whenever applicable.

6. Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

7. Shipping, Delivery, Pickup, and Freight

Shipping, delivery, pickup, and freight options vary by product, quantity, destination, yard location, carrier availability, and order type.

Eligible online orders will show available checkout options before payment is completed. Some products may be available for local pickup, local delivery, standard shipping, or freight delivery. Some products may require a custom quote before purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including address, contact details, access instructions, site restrictions, gate codes, forklift or unloading requirements, and any other information needed for delivery.

Delivery dates and times are estimates unless specifically confirmed in writing. Weather, traffic, carrier delays, supplier delays, site access issues, or other conditions outside our control may affect delivery timing.

8. Customer Responsibility at Delivery

For delivered materials, the customer or an authorized representative should inspect the material before it is unloaded, installed, spread, mixed, or otherwise used.

If the delivered product appears incorrect, damaged, or materially different from the confirmed order, contact Earth Stone Rock immediately before using or installing the product. Photos may be required to review the issue.

Once materials are unloaded, installed, spread, mixed, or used, return or refund options may be limited.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Some products may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to bulk materials, delivered materials, installed materials, used materials, custom orders, special orders, freight orders, and products that cannot be safely or practically returned.

10. Cancellations
