At California Building Material Supply, Reyna manages the reception team and supports customers with:
- Retail sales quotes and orders
- Material samples
- Transportation quotes
- Invoicing and billing
She serves as our Customer Service Manager with years of valuable customer support experience. Having worked with leading U.S. companies, she is passionate about delivering excellent service and going above and beyond for our customers.
She also takes pride in training and mentoring new team members, especially during seasonal peaks, and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to succeed.
Outside of work, she is inspired by her husband and their two children. Loves travelling and adventure, enjoys documentaries and digital reading, and often cooks at home with her kids. A true animal lover, she has a soft spot for cats and dogs.
Reyna lives by the Latin phrase "carpe diem'' - ''pluck the day'' - serving as a daily reminder to make the most of every moment.
