Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Prior to the loading and departure of any order we will talk to you about the delivery day and arrival time. You will then get a phone call from the office or driver 20 to 30 minutes prior arrival

You can also click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Most of orders ship via local trucking companies and you will get a phone call prior to loading and departure and 20 to 30 minutes prior to arrival of the materials.

Common carrier orders can be tracked at you can get that tracking number by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Upon arrival of your order verify contents with your purchase order / invoice and the shipping documents. If there is any conflict immediately call your sales person and email us a detailed statement of missing or damaged items.

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.

My product is missing parts.

When will my backorder arrive?
  We do not carry back orders on the books. If you make an order that material has been verified to be in our inventory or that of our supplier and will be scheduled for delivery. If an item is not in stock or needs to be custom crafted you will get a delivery time frame for the arrival of that product.
