Do you ship to my State?
	Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. We ship to most counties in California and nearly all of the states in the USA. We do not offer any business services in Ventura County, if you are a resident there you will need to come here and make your purchase and schedule delivery of the materials with one of our partnering transport companies.
What are my payment choices?
	During the checkout process please select the Purchase Order option and enter your name and today's date and then place your order. Depending upon the job location and the material the order can be shipped for Payment on Delivery. Most of our product partners require payment at time of ordering. Earth Stone & Rock does not utilize credit card merchant accounts or process credit cards or Paypal for payments. When obtaining products from our building industry partners you can usually use a credit with them. That said debit cards can be used through Google Wallet at no cost you or us. Since the products we sell often need to be weighed prior to accepting payment we will give you the exact total prior to shipping and you can pay with Cash, Check, Google Wallet and or Bitcoin. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
	Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?
	Construction materials are generally not items that are allowed to be returned the merchant. Earth Stone & Rock sells materials directly and as a broker for regional building supply outlets. Those outlets may have a return policy that provides for some limited returns, but that buyers should be expect not to be able to return items. Earth Stone & Rock Return Policy All materials selected by the buyer or buyers agent are final. All special order sales are final. All materials delivered to a job site may only be rejected or returned if the material does not match the product brand or material specification(s) and or samples provided to the buyer. For large orders of flagstone, pavers and similar materials in Southern and Central California we can accept return of a limited portion of materials as a courtesy. This needs to be arranged at the time of the sale. Please contact us for more information on returning an item. Thank you.
